About us

The IP Flexgroep is a partnership of specialized temporary employment and secondment companies. We work in sectors that we are passionate about: construction, painters, technology, mechanics and software. This focus is a conscious choice. Because we believe that this is how we can really offer added value for our candidates and clients. This added value also lies in the fact that we can literally supply all profiles from our various companies. This cross-fertilization ensures that we can offer candidates for a very reduced rate.

We started IP Techniek at the end of the nineties, aimed at technical professionals. IP Afbouw, IP Painters, IP Civiel and OviGre-Jobs have now been added. In 2013 we expanded the IP Flexgroep with Trigon, for secondment, recruitment and selection of architectural, mechanical and software candidates.

Our head office is located in Eindhoven, in the heart of Brainport; the top technology region in the Netherlands. IP Flexgroep is affiliated with NBBU, the trade association of professional intermediaries in the labor market. We are also SNA and VCU certified. Our IP professionals are equipped with excellent (electrical) hand tools and representative work clothing.
